The day started with no wind and everyone had one good target before things change. The winds were light, 5 mph±, and variable with the key being variable. It kept dropping off then building back to what it was before accompanied with angle changes. Changes could be seen, but how much it was worth was the problem. A little success was had waiting for a condition to come back. The second relay was for almost everyone was a train wreck.
