This match we had GREAT weather with really nice temperatures and VERY little wind—it only blew a tiny bit at the very end of the match. We had 13 shooters (a new low—come on everyone—LET’S SHOOT!!) 3 of whom shot guns in both MAGNIFIED and UNMAGNIFIED classes. We had no shoot offs this time and the match was finished before 11:30 AM, but we did some zeroing and some trying out of other people’s guns after the awards were handed out, so we were there until around 12:15. DONE BY LUNCHTIME—YAY!! I failed to bring enough EXPERT score sheets for some reason, so we had to make do with hand corrected ones for several EXPERTS. Also, we had two new (unclassified) shooters come to shoot with us, so we welcome AMY and RICKY to the group and they will both be classified for the next shoot….or just MAYBE Amy will have e new rifle and be in MAGNIFIED next time! I’d like to extend a “thank you” to all participants that helped with set-up and tear-down and to say thanks to Mike Ceccarelli for his help running the match when I took a turn at shooting. ALL you you guys and gals make it a LOT easier and enjoyable for me to run the match without a lot of distractions (though necessary ones!). SEE you all next month!! I am looking forward to another great shoot!!!!!
